The Vapour Heat Treatment (VHT). VHT is a proven and widely accepted method for eliminating “Fruit Fly” at its all stages and hence provide a safe way to treat fruit so that it passes the quarantine inspection, enabling the fruit to be exported. In this treatment for instance mango fruits are exposed to vapour in controlled chamber at minimum RH of %95 so the inside pulp temperature maintain a constant level of 46°- 48° C for 30 minutes
SCS is in the process of establishing the biggest facility for Banana processing and packing for export. The Facility with an area of 13,000.0 square meter and is about to open coming Oct. 2017, and is built on a high standard basis with great attention to all hygiene measurements as well as requirement of HACCP. The facility is located in the richest banana production area in Sudan at Sabonabi town (Sennar State) with a 200 tons/day production capacity.
-Engaged in exclusive agreements for packing and marketing of FF&V for some of the biggest farms that follow the international standards in all the agricultural processes. Total area ready for cultivation is around 5,000 hectares. -Accumulated experience of packing and international export put forward to the success of the season by: -Understanding/Agreements with Turkish, Etihad, Qatar & Emirates for cargo spaces allocation on a daily basis.
